Don Bray retired as Assoc. Prof. Emeritus from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University in 1999 and established his independent engineering and research firm. At that time he devoted more time to the study of faith and science, concentrating mostly on astronomy with some side interest in geology. He holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University, a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Ph D from the University of Oklahoma. Before retiring, he was a registered professional engineer in Texas and Oklahoma. High school education was at Mineola High School, Mineola, Texas, graduating in 1956.
